The New TOX-ARRAY 2002 Microprocessor-Based, Front Panel Programmable Controller uses MIL-RAM'S no false alarms, chemically selective Toxic, LEL and O2 patented TOX ARRAY sensors that do not react with air, have no zero drift, are not sensitive to changes in temperature, humidity or pressure and stay awake when gas is absent. Recovery is less than 15 seconds even when exposed to high gas levels and have over 3 years no maintenance life for each factory charge. The TOX-ARRAY 2002 is a two-channel controller, each channel with a 16 character X 2 line backlit LCD Display, low, mid, high and fault relays (12 amps). Relays programmable non-latching/latching, non-energized/energized and 0-255 second time delay. All parameters are field programmable (no dip switches). 85-264 VAC, 15-30VDC, 4-20mA output. Back-up battery optional. RS-485 Modbus RTU output optional. Fiberglass NEMA 4X (11 1/4"W x 9 1/4"H x 6"D) Wall Mounting Enclosure. Also available as a single channel monitor, TOX-ARRAY 2001. The TOX-ARRAY 2002 can be used with MIL-RAM'S new RS485/4-20mA 3 or 4-Wire Self-Calibration smarter Transmitter and the 2-Wire Loop Powered smarter Transmitter which both feature Self-Calibration, Labor-Free auto self-calibration adjusts span monthly based on life curve, Auto Calibration - auto gas calibration in 2 minutes, non-intrusive hands-free, Off-site sensor calibration to replace sensors in the field without recalibration, Remaining sensor life and replace sensor indicator, Loop Test, Peak Value, Diagnostics, Rapid Warm-Up, 12 x 2 LCD display and more. The 3 or 4-Wire smarter Transmitter offers two options - four 12-15 Amp time delay relays in the same enclosure option and RS 485 Modbus RTU option.
